UX Design Internship at Google Cloud

What

In the summer of 2022, I was a UX design intern for Google Cloud's  Contact Center AI (CCAI) team. The CCAI team is made up of designers, researchers/strategists, and project managers who work on creating products through Conversational AI - specifically virtual agents.

Contributions

As an intern, I got to work on enterprise-focused solutions and take lead in creating end-to-end UX for 2 new features while contributing to accessibility audits for certain existing features.

Community

During my Internship, I took lead in organizing multiple coffee chats & meetups with 34 UX interns comprising of UX designers, researchers, engineers, and writers to help build the intern community.
