Overview

I worked on Contact Center AI and Cloud Speech Studio, designing enterprise tools for conversational and voice-based AI.

I led UX for an AI/ML voice training console, collaborating across functions to deliver a complete solution in 8 weeks. I also designed to a new content management feature in Dialogflow CX using a sprint-based process.
